West Englewood United Organization (W.E.U.O.)
is a community-based organization established by
Mrs. Kirk to try and deal with the many problems
facing the people of Chicago's West Englewood and
Englewood communities. Its mission is to improve
the quality of life for families and community
residents. W.E.U.O.'s president, Mrs.
Kirk, subscribes to the philosophy "Where There's
Peace, There's Love."
